Body, Mind, Spirit & Emotional

March 15, 2016

We are simple, complex fascinating creatures.

Trauma occurs in many different forms and isn't always from extreme circumstances. Being teased as child can induce a feeling of being unsafe and unprotected if the child hasn't been taught how to handle the mental process or how to react/interact in situations of conflict.  Watching a movie or TV show that is above the childs' mental processing of sex, betrayal and violence can also create trauma, conflict and teach behaviors.

What happens to our psyche when trauma is introduced without the lessons to deal with and heal from the Truama?

* Neuropathways are stunted

* Messages from the Body and Brain are routed on stunted pathways and don't connect in the brain to finish processing.  Not moving on, not completing projects,

stuck in negative or stagnant situations, stuck in the past, repetitive behavior, repetitive conversation, anxiety etc. are some of the stunted Neuropathway symptoms.

Growing and Connecting the Neuropathways (not a diagnosis or substitute for Doctor's Advice)
